Residential Cleaning Checklist

All Living Areas
Furniture – dusted, vacuumed and/or wiped
Cushions/pillows – dusted, fluffed and straightened
Mirrors/glass – cleaned
Floors – vacuumed and/or mopped
Under Bed –vacuumed and/or mopped - (if accessible)
Baseboards – dusted**
Windowsills – dusted**
Trash – trash can(s) emptied
Beds – beds are made, linens are changed - (if left out)
Bathrooms
Sink and counters - cleaned and disinfected
Toilets/ Tub & Shower – cleaned and disinfected, inside and out
Towels – changed – (if left out)
Kitchen
Sink – cleaned and disinfected
Counter tops and back splash – cleaned and disinfected
Cabinet fronts – wiped
Exterior of appliances – (stove top, oven, refrigerator, etc.) cleaned
Dishes – dishes washed/dishwasher loaded – (please set up procedure with management office)
