Q) What services do you provide?
Neat Freaks provide basic surface cleaning for residential and commercial properties (small offices, salons, studios, etc.). Your residence/office will be cleaned according to our service check list (see check list for details). Additional services are available upon your request.

Q.) Do you provide cleaning products?
Yes. We believe in using products that are not only effective but safe for the environment and your home/office. However, for sanitary purposes we ask each client to supply their own non-abrasive scrub sponges, toilet bowl brush, broom/dust mop, dust pan, mop, bucket, dust rags, scrubbing brush (if necessary) fume free oven cleaner (if necessary), vacuum cleaner (if necessary), and step ladder (if necessary).

Q.) What are your hours of operation?
Our hours of operation are Mon. - Fri. 9am - 5pm and Sat. 9am - 1pm. You have the option of choosing an arrival window of 9am - 2pm or 11am - 4pm Mon.- Fri. and Sat. 9am - 11am (initial and occasional cleaning only).

Q.) What payment methods do you accept/how do I make a payment?
Payments are due on the day service is provided in the form of cash, check (payable to Neat Freaks) or credit card (via NFC web-site). However, clients unavailable on the date of service will be invoiced and extended a 3 day grace period to submit payment by credit card online. If your payment is not made 3 days following service, a $15.00 non-payment fee will be incurred unless other arrangements have been made with our customer service center. Fifteen ($15.00) additional dollars will be charged after each thirty (30) day period of non-payment. Failure to pay your bill may also result in service interruption. A $20 fee is charged for all returned checks.

Q.) If I am unhappy with a cleaning, what do you do?
If you are dissatisfied with a cleaning, please contact our customer service center within 24 hours. We are unable to issue refunds, however your satisfaction is important to us. At your convenience, we will arrange to have a staff member re-clean the areas in which you are displeased.

Q.) Am I required to be present during the time of service?
If we have a copy of your keys, you are not required to be present at the time of service. Your keys are safely stored in a lock box.

Q.) How do I change or cancel my appointment?
Time is very important. Please notify Neat Freaks of any changes or cancellations 24 hours before your scheduled service, to prevent our staff from arriving to an unanswered door or a room full of guests. If you fail to do so, you will be charged a $40 cancellation fee or the minimum cost of your scheduled service.

Q.) What should I do with our pets?
We ask that pets be kept in an area to keep them safe.

Q.) Are you bonded and insured?
We understand that it is a privilege to be in your home/business. To ensure that you and your investment(s) will be protected, we are bonded and insured. In the event that an object is damaged, please notify our Customer Service Center within 24 hours.

Q.) How do I receive discounts?
If you refer someone to us, as a token of our appreciation…we offer you a 10% discount once the individual uses our services and mentions your name.

Q.) How many staff members do you assign to a job?
To ensure efficiency, Neat Freaks staff members typically work in teams of two. However, few or more than two cleaners may be assigned due to the size of a space. If we ever need to send more than two due to the size of a job, you will be informed. We will make every effort to assign the same team for each visit.

Q.) What should I do to prepare for my cleaning?
If possible, it would be greatly appreciated if you can put away personal items.

Q) We will like to hire a current or past Neat Freaks employee, is that possible?
Hiring past or present Neat Freaks employees for residential or any cleaning outside of our agreement which directly or indirectly competes with our services is prohibited while you are a client and for a period of 12 months following the termination of our agreement.
